Brady and I arrived to our baby appointment on time yesterday and the nurse rushed out to let us know the doctor had to do emergency surgery and that she would be back in a half hour so we should just sit tight. We were already so anxious knowing we could find out if "it" is a boy or girl. When the doctor returned, and the ultrasound started, it was important to hear how healthy the baby was and then the doctor zoomed in on the bum. Well our sweet little angel had it's legs closed and did not want to move despite the doctors much jiggling of my belly. Until..."oh it moved it's leg for just a second and I am sure I saw a little....boy!" I look over to Brady and he is glowing with excitement as I realize that the world will be graced with another little Brady Mock. We are so excited and can't wait for our little boy to come. As many of you know, Brady is dead set on naming his little boy and as of now he is set on Brooks, after Garth Brooks. So I guess I should say Brooks will be here come January.

Can't wait for little brown eyed Brooks to arrive healthy and happy. How lucky I am to be a grandma! I know we will enjoy having this little "Brady" close by for at least 6 months! Love him already.
BOYS are the BEST! I'm sure you already know this from your 3 nephews, but they really are such fun. I thought I wanted a girl (I cried when I found out Zack was a boy) but once he was here I was sooo happy. Hope you and the baby are doing well!

i LOVE listening to babies heart beats....It's so AMAZING!! Its an amazing process, enjoy every second of it. I usually don't get chocked up when a baby is born.. UNTIL I see the daddy's reaction. Its so crazy to watch. I tear up every time I see a daddy's eyes light up like diamonds. I'm so excited for you!!!!!
