New "Car"
Brady and I decided we needed a second car a few months ago, but we wanted to wait and buy one in Utah so we could do a road trip back to Pittsburgh and see some sites on our way. We have debated on what will be best for our family and last through medical school and residency. The final decision was a minivan and I am so excited. Brady and I watched our nieces and nephew a few years ago and got to drive an odyssey for a few days which was when I first fell in love with them. No we are not pregnant, but we are hoping a van will last through our growing family the next 6+ years. Please don't tease Brady because he already feels as if he has lost his manlyhood, but boy does he look good driving it ; ).

We love our odyssey! It's our only car and I love how lazy I can be with the automatic doors! Which is nice, since I have one more kid that I have hands for, then add a groceries or something....

i love having a van it is so easy to get kids in and out my husband didnt really want one either but we have really enjoyed ours so fun

congratulations on the new wheels!! i promise you will truly love it. the automatic doors are the very best invention ever (i am still holding out hope that someone will invent a roll up window between the front seats and the back, you know like a limo?) brady don't worry. you could just do what jared does, picture yourself behind the wheel of your 4 door, duramax diesal, chevrolet pickup. acceptance will come over time.
Yea for a new car! We have also been thinking about a new car and everyone keeps telling us to do the van thing instead of the suv thing, you will have to keep posted on how much you love it because I'm hesitant on the whole mini van thing too! I guess its just the whole rap you get when you turn into a minivan family!
I am very excited for you and the van. It will be a great fit for your family in the years ahead. I hope we get that trip to Palmyra this summer in the van.....I won't tease Brady. I always loved my two mini vans. Great vehicles.

Wahoo! We just got a mini van too and it is the best purchase ever! We love it and makes traveling soooo much easier! Congrats...we are officially old :)

love it! i think we will be going the honda odyssey route before long as well. they're so nice
