Brooks turns to Paisley...
Well 6 six weeks ago Brady and I were told we would have a little boy come January. 2 weeks ago the Doctor asked during the ultrasound "what did I tell you your baby was last time?" Brady and I quickly said BOY! she responded with "I think that might be changing, but I can't get a good shot" Well the baby wouldn't move so she had us come back 2 weeks later which was today and we had our 4D ultrasound and measurements of the baby. The good news is that the baby is healthy and growing, the other news is that the baby is a GIRL! Brady and I were surprised because we had out heart and minds set on a boy, but a girl is great too!

How wonderful! It is amazing to have a girl first! THink you can pay her to help you clean up after her brother. Works for me & Gracie.

I am so excited, Colton and Cannon aren't so excited. They were hoping for a boy cousin on that side. I can't wait to start spoiling her!!!! Sorry Brady, I do know how you feel because that same thing happened to me, but once you hold that sweet baby girl in your arms you won't be able to imagine life without her.
I can't believe it! That is so fun! You will be great parents whether it is a boy or a girl.
Little Paisley or when it is Brooks will be loved and adored by all. We love, love, love, Colton, Cannon and Crew and Paisley will be the next little love. So happy for you and Brady. I know you are going to be GREAT parents! Love you!
OH MY GOODNESS!!! The same thing just happened to Jer's brother and his wife. I was going to write you about it and tell you to have another Ultrasound and make sure yours was a Brooks. She is due the exact week as you. They were told at 16 weeks they were having a boy, and named him Jonah. Then 2 weeks ago had another one and was told it's a Joann. They are not naming her that, we all just thought it was funny. They were shocked. She had already bought tons of boy clothes. They are excited for a girl, and once again she's shopping like crazy for her. Congrats on a baby girl. Your family will adore her!! Love the name!!

I did giggle when reading this! That happens so much I SWEAR! At least it wasnt like my friend, the whole time they thought they were having a boy and when the baby was born the Dr. said "Congratulations here is your baby boy!" And the husband looked at the baby and said that is NOT A BOY!" Paisley is a super cute name! Hopefully you havent bought to many items that are for boys! Good luck with everything! I love checking up on yoru blog! Sorry I havent commented in so long life is CrAzY! Get some pictures up of that belly, although I am sure that there is not much there! Love ya!
oh my goodness! I bet you weren't expecting that. that's crazy! I hope you haven't invested in too many boy things. :) Paisley is a darling name.
